In addition to serving as the HPx Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member, Dina Elliot is the Co-Founder and President of Exit One Solutions, an award-winning, full-service communications and marketing agency that has helped propel beauty brands for the past 15+ years nationally and internationally.

Dina has served as a senior-level communications and marketing executive with leading companies such as Wella US, Shisiedo Ltd and the Lamaur Corporation. 
She is a graduate of New York University and a member of the Public Relations Society of America, American Marketing Association, Professional Beauty Association and CEW - Cosmetic Executive Women.
